I have made it through an entire week of triathlon training and am still alive and able to move! Success! Just a quick note of what I have done so far:
Mon - Biked 4 miles/Ran 1 mile
Tues - Swam 800 yards
Wed - off
Thurs - Biked 4 miles
Fri - Ran 1 mile
Sat - Ran 2 miles
Sun - off
Mon - Biked 5 miles
Tues - Ran 2 miles
